Conservative groups gear up for battle royale with Left over Brett Kavanaugh’s old seat on ‘junior Supreme Court’ — the D.C. Circuit

Remember Lindsey Graham's epic defense? He may have to do it again...

(TNS) Conservative organizations are gearing up for major political warfare with Left-wing counterparts after President Donald Trump nominated Justin Walker to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals to fill Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s former seat.

Readers will likely recall the nasty fight put up by the Left and their Garbage Party lackeys in the fall of 2018 after the president nominated Kavanaugh, who was being promoted from what many have dubbed the “junior Supreme Court.”

“The D.C. Circuit is considered the second-highest court in the land, and barring a Supreme Court vacancy, this will be the biggest judicial fight this year,” Mike Davis, the founder of Article III, told CNBC.

In a blatantly biased report, CNBC noted:

The fight over Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court confirmation included millions of dollars of outside money spent either for or against the controversial judge.

Walker, who could fill his old seat, was confirmed in 2019 to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, after the American Bar Association deemed him “not qualified” for the position.

That rating, on top of the fact that most Democrats have opposed many of the president’s nominations, has conservative outside groups, such as the Judicial Crisis Network and the Article III Project, preparing for an all-out war in defense of Walker, according to people with direct knowledge of matter.

First of all, there was nothing ‘controversial’ about Kavanaugh that wasn’t manufactured by unhinged Leftists and Trump-deranged Democrats. The narrative that he was a serial sexual abuser and a rapist was not only untrue, but the lies were legally actionable, as evidenced by the fact that Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) made a number of criminal referrals to the Justice Department involving the phony “witnesses” (why these cases have not been pursued is a great question for AG William Barr, by the way).

Secondly, the American Bar Association is run by committed judicial activists and Leftist sycophants who make it a habit of deeming conservative constitutionalist lawyers and judges “not qualified.”

So, about the only thing that is valid in this CNBC story is the political battle royale ahead:

Though it’s unclear how some of the liberal organizations are planning to take on the Walker nomination, Demand Justice, a group who vehemently opposed Kavanaugh’s nomination has already gone on offense.

“The nomination of a Mitch McConnell crony, who has been rated unqualified by his peers, to the second highest court in the country is beyond suspicious,” Demand Justice Chief Counsel Christopher Kang said Friday. “We need to know if McConnell contacted Griffith directly, as reports suggest he may have, and if so, what he offered in exchange for his retirement.”

Since Democrats are the minority in the Senate, it’s unlikely they will be able to block Walker’s nomination. Trump and Republicans have repeatedly touted their record of confirming judges across the country.

‘Crony.’ ‘Mitch McConnell.’ ‘Unqualified.’ All buzzwords intended to inflame passions on the Left.

But again, there isn’t much Democrats are going to be able to do other than disrupt the process with classless, baseless, hack attacks like they did during the Kavanaugh hearings.

Remember when Sen. Lindsey Graham came to Kavanaugh’s defense? It was epic.

He may have to do it again for Walker.

I still wonder how many chinesey-demon organs RBG has been through to supposedly keep her alive.

I haven’t seen one picture of her proving she is alive. Yet, nobody makes an issue?

We need proof. They were running ads for RBG lookalikes. I also remember there is a celebrity lookalikes company from around 1982. Wonder if there is a connection.
