(National Sentinel) Justice: The FBI has stepped in and arrested five suspects who were alleged to have been training young children how to commit school shootings at a filthy New Mexico compound after three of them were released by a New Mexico judge on a goofy technicality.

Last week, Judge Emilio Chavez dismissed charges of child neglect against the five suspects after Tao County prosecutors failed to follow a questionable procedure. The Associated Press reported that the father of a dead three-year-old found at the compound, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, and his partner, Jany Leveille, were still in custody after being charged with child abuse resulting in death.

But earlier, Chavez said in a ruling that he had no choice but to drop all charges of child abuse against the two Muslim men and three Muslim women because he said prosecutors did not follow a technicality that had been imposed by the New Mexico Supreme Court.

Three of the suspects were released Wednesday, The Blaze reported, while Wahhaj and Leveille were hit with the new charges. The three-year-old’s remains were discovered in a tunnel beneath the compound in August shortly after all five suspects were initially arrested.

Now, the FBI has arrested all five suspects on various weapons charges. Also, prosecutors have dropped two charges of child neglect leading to death and said they will pursue grand jury indictments instead.

“Going to a grand jury allows us to get that information and vet it and not be under the 10-day window, which is quite burdensome,” said Taos County District Attorney Donald Gallegos, in reference to the rule that forced Chavez to release all of the suspects in the first place.

Gallegos told the AP that Leveille, who is an illegal alien from Haiti, was also charged with being an alien unlawfully in possession of guns and ammunition, while the other suspects were charged with conspiracy regarding Leveille’s weapons possession.

Police noted shortly after the initial arrests that they found several weapons at the compound along with ammunition and 11 malnourished children living in filth. Authorities say the adults were training the kids to commit acts of terrorism against institutions that the adults claimed were corrupt.

Here’s a news report regarding the compound:

If you’re getting the impression that everyone from the New Mexico Supreme Court on down seems to be going out of their way to protect these followers of Islam, you’re not alone. Some have even suggested that this was some sort of government-sponsored “false flag” operation in the making, and while there’s no proof of that, the entire incident does seem bizarre, given that the FBI was reportedly aware of this compound for months.
