Donald Trump did not cause people to “riot” Jan. 6 and storm the Capitol Building.
It’s looking more and more like the FBI actually did that.
They won’t be held accountable, though, because that is how our government operates now: We are ruled by an unaccountable deep state because too many of our ‘representatives’ continue to fund rogue agencies (like the FBI) without demanding accountability.
In any event, Congress’ real job under the Democrats is bread and circuses for supporters. That’s how we got the “Jan. 6 Committee” to look into the [non] “insurrection.”
This committee is about as real as your average Democrats’ compassion for the average hard-working American citizen. But it doesn’t have the power to harass.
And that’s what is has been reduced to doing. Only, its members are not engaged in bipartisan harassment.
As we suspected, this bogus committee was established for one reason only: To cloud the 2022 election with conjecture, bullshit, and fake ‘revelations’ about Republicans who support Trump.
Case in point, per Politico:
The Jan. 6 select committee has subpoenaed Katrina Pierson, a veteran Trump campaign operative who helped organize the Jan. 6 rally that preceded the insurrection at the Capitol.
The subpoena was one of 11 issued to organizers of the events of Jan. 5 and Jan. 6, which drew thousands of Trump supporters — including those who turned violent at the Capitol — to Washington. Targets also included top organizers Amy Kremer and Caroline Wren, as well as Maggie Mulvaney — the niece of former Trump chief of staff Mick Mulvaney — who was described in official paperwork as the 'VIP Lead' for the rally.
The new round of subpoenas demands documents from the organizers by Oct. 13 and depositions between Oct. 21 and Nov. 3. The targets include organizers affiliated with a group called Women for America First, which helped lead the Jan. 6 rally at the Ellipse. The group's leaders include Kremer and Wren.
The panel specifically is asking Pierson about a reported Jan. 4 meeting she had with then-President Donald Trump at which he asked about a separate event featuring speakers like Ali Alexander and Roger Stone. Pierson reportedly informed Trump about a Jan. 5 rally organized by a group called the Eighty Percent Coalition, whose leader Cindy Chafian also received one of the 11 subpoenas.
Committee investigators are looking into connections between the rally organizers and Trump, who helped drive attendance by billing Jan. 6 as a 'wild' protest against the results of the 2020 election.
Organize a rally for Trump, you’re guilty of an “insurrection,” even when one didn’t happen.
Why isn’t this ‘committee’ issuing subpoenas to the FBI, who had informants and operatives in the crowd?
You know you.
