After Joe Biden was helped into the Oval by his handlers on Jan. 20, he proceeded to sign a stack of executive orders aimed at dismantling Donald Trump’s border enforcement and security policies.
Trump worked against Democrats, some Republicans, and the federal courts for four years to finally settle on policies that led to the most secure U.S.-Mexico border perhaps ever.
Biden’s handlers repealing those effective policies meant only one thing: They want open borders, and all of the bad shit that entails.
But wait, Biden’s sycophantic supporters in the media and Congress interject: Things aren’t that bad.
The president’s border czar, Kamala Harris, just went to Guatemala and Mexico. Now, it’s all handled.
Except that it isn’t.
Not only is slavery up, thanks to the American party of slavery, but so, too, is drug smuggling.
The Mexican cartels have brought in enough fentanyl to kill all of us. Like two or three times over.
Trending Politics has more:
In testimony this week before the House Judiciary Committee, Wray was asked by GOP Rep. Tom McClintock from the sanctuary state of California if his agency was aware of any increased infiltration into the United States by the Mexican cartels in light of, ahem, the current administration's non-border enforcement policies.
In a word, yup.
'Certainly, we have seen quite a number of such instances, absolutely,' Wray responded to a specific question about whether a higher number of migrants were essentially being trafficked into the U.S. as slaves to the cartels.
Asked if the 'indebtedness' of the migrant is repaid via indentured servitude, Wray replied, 'In some cases, definitely.'
He added: 'We are pursuing a number of human trafficking task forces, as well as working on certain taskforces with DHS [Department of Homeland Security] to try to address that issue. But there's no question that the cartel activity on the other side of the border is spilling over in all sorts of ways and you just put your finger on one that is extremely concerning.'
One can only be left to wonder what 'working to try to address' the issue means in practice, but what it doesn't mean is tighter border security.
We’re losing our country, folks. Right before our eyes.
