Republicans in the House are demanding answers from Speaker Nancy Pelosi as to why, given what we now know — that the Capitol riot was pre-planned — why she didn’t arrange for tighter (as in more) security.

Pelosi, as Speaker, is ‘mayor’ of the Capitol Building complex, you see.

Fox News reported exclusively:

Top Republicans on several committees are demanding answers from Speaker Nancy Pelosi regarding security decisions made leading up to and on the day of the Capitol riot on Jan. 6.

House Administration Committee Ranking Member Rodney Davis, House Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Jim Jordan, House Oversight Committee Ranking Member James Comer and House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes sent a letter to Pelosi, D-Calif., on Monday, saying that “many important questions” about her “responsibility for the security” of the Capitol on Jan. 6 “remain unanswered.”

Davis, Jordan, Comer and Nunes pointed to claims made by former Capitol Police Chief Steve Sund, that he, on Jan. 4, approached the sergeants at arms to request the assistance of the National Guard. Sund, in a letter to Pelosi last month, said the former Sergeant at Arms Paul Irving said he was concerned about “the optics” and didn't feel the “intelligence supported it.”

“As you are aware, the Speaker of the House is not only the leader of the majority party, but also has enormous institutional responsibilities,” they wrote. “The Speaker is responsible for all operational decisions made within the House.”

“When then-Chief Sund made a request for national guard support on January 4th, why was that request denied?” the Republicans wrote. “Did Sergeant at Arms Paul Irving get permission or instruction from your staff on January 4th prior to denying Chief Sund's request for the national guard?”

So, House Republicans, the minority party, are asking questions about Pelosi’s piss-poor security despite intelligence that stuff was being planned.

Good for them. These are questions that should be asked and, more importantly, answered.

Also, Republicans are trying to change the narrative off of ‘The Bad Orange Man Did This.’

Neither will be successful.

Pelosi isn’t about to explain jack to anyone, let alone Republicans. And the garbage mainstream media isn’t going to ask many questions, though you can bet that if the GOP were in charge of Congress and Kevin McCarthy had been Speaker, that same media would have already blown this up into the biggest scandal in the history of the republic.

But no questions are going to be answered, and the narrative isn’t going to change from ‘The Bad Orange Man Did This.’

That’s because that narrative is necessary in order to set up mass persecution of Trump’s legions of supporters.

And we can’t start denying 75 million Americans their constitutional rights or their place in the public discourse if somehow we were to find out that Pelosi was ultimately responsible for the lack of security Jan. 6.

Because she needed the riot to happen in order to pull off the persecutions.

We are headed for dangerous times, patriots. You know it because you can sense it, can’t you?
