Sometimes, you just gotta be brutally honest…
Without a doubt, some 74 million Americans who voted to reelect President Donald Trump are feeling pretty angry right now about the election steal that went down.
Millions of those voters live in Georgia.
To say they, and the rest of us, were ‘disenfranchised’ by the deep state and their RINO/Democrat allies is a huge understatement.
We know what happened. We know there was vote fraud. We know that President Trump actually won the election.
But the problem is there are still two more elections to go, and we need Georgia Republicans to make sure they go in favor of our two candidates, Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler.
So — that’s going to take some inner strength. It’s going to take some fortitude. It’s going to take swallowing some pride and going to the polls regardless of whether Georgians believe their vote for Trump was stolen from them.
So says South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem.
Noem, who like other leading Republicans has been campaigning for both incumbents in the state, told local media some hard truths: Suck it up, Georgia GOP voters, and get your butts to the polls because simply sitting out and giving Democrats the Senate (and the entire lawmaking apparatus of government) is not an option.
…Noem traveled to Georgia over the weekend to campaign for Sen. David Perdue (R-GA) and Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) and stressed the importance of voting in the election during a discussion with reporters, telling those whose feelings are impacting their decision to vote they 'need to get over themselves.'
Asked what her message would be to voters in the Peach State who feel 'disenfranchised' on whether their votes will count and her thoughts on members of Republican leadership not 'doing enough to fight the 2020 election results,' Noem launched into a discussion on feelings amongst voters ahead of the runoff elections.
'I've never made a good decision when I made it out of emotion or anger and that they need to get over themselves. They need to realize that there are real consequences to this election and that they need to show up and vote for the people that have consistently defended their rights and freedoms and that's David [Perdue] and Kelly [Loeffler],' Noem said.
'We need them in Washington, DC, to continue to protect our way of life,' Noem continued. 'We live in a country that has gotten addicted to being offended and we love to be offended by what people say.'
She then stressed the importance of having 'the facts.'
'What we really need to care about is that we have the facts and that we go forward and recognize that there's consequences to leadership and that we put people in leadership positions what they do will impact our families for a very long time,' Noem said.
'Show up and vote and make sure you're doing it based on the facts on the difference of these candidates on Tuesday,' Noem concluded.
The Mother of All Truth Bombs. It needed to be said.
The deep state may try again to mess with these two elections, but frankly, with the eyes of the entire country on them, that would take more brass than we believe they have at this juncture.
So the message from Noem rings true: Go vote, Georgia Republicans. We are all depending on you.
