(TNS) For far too long, American foreign policy has been guided by the Left-wing premise that we must prostrate ourselves before those less powerful than us because that’s the ‘fair’ thing to do and besides, we never earned our greatness anyway.
As a result, Americans around the world have been targeted, victimized, and killed by rag-tag terrorists and throwback leaders like those in Iran for decades.

Well, President Donald Trump made it crystal clear last week that he’s the new sheriff in town, U.S. foreign policy is going to be far meatier and “pro-America” than it has been for a long time, and those who have been nipping at our feet like yappy little junkyard dogs are to be given a free pass no more.
And like prior shows of American strength, Trump’s targeting of al Quds Force leader Gen. Qassem Soleimani had the desired effect: The prevention of future abuses of American patience.
Several U.S. sources have told ace investigative reporter Sara A. Carter that “terrorist leaders in Iraq have been fleeing the region and have gone into hiding fearing United States intelligence capabilities,” according to the intel chatter they’ve intercepted.
Daniel Hoffman, a retired CIA station chief and former chief of the CIA‘s Middle East Department, told Carter:
Trump’s decapitation strike targeting general Qassem Soleimani was a seminal moment, a change in strategy for the United States and how we deal with Iran’s aggression.
Trump made it clear that we will deal with everyone’s proxy militia foot soldiers but we will also deal with Iranian leaders who are responsible for making the decisions that put our people and installations in harms way…
It’s with a high level of confidence that Iran’s military leaders have likely changed their calculus about the risks they are taking by ordering strikes against the United States.
Both Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama had opportunities to take designated terrorist Soleimani out but Bush had fears of a new war in the Middle East as he was dealing with two he started in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Obama, we are told, also feared Iranian retaliation but he had a different plan altogether: Simply grant Soleimani amnesty, in true Neville Chamberlain fashion, so he could appease his way into a ‘legacy-making’ nuclear deal.
Obama also made sure to line the Tehran regime with lots of moolah it could spend on financing Soleimani’s terrorist activities as well as operations against U.S. soldiers in Iraq, hundreds of whom were killed with Iranian-financed weapons that Soleimani’s Iran proxies were supplied.
For his part, the president put the rest of the terrorist scumbags on notice who are still operating in the Middle East with designs on targeting Americans: Don’t.
He said:
Last week, we took decisive action to stop a ruthless terrorist from threatening American lives. At my direction, the United States Military eliminated the world’s top terrorist, Qassem Soleimani. Soleimani’s hands were drenched in both American and Iranian blood. He should have been terminated long ago. By removing Soleimani, we have sent a powerful message to terrorists: if you value your own life, you will not threaten the lives of our people.
The scumbags are getting the message.
One of Carter’s sources told her the evidence “suggested that terrorists in the region were signaling immediate concerns over Iran’s inability to protect Soleimani from the U.S.â€
James Carafano, vice president of foreign and defense policy studies at the Heritage Foundation, also told her, “Iran’s inability to protect its most prized asset was a message to proxy terrorist organizations and terror leaders that they were vulnerable. Makes sense. If this is all Iran will do to avenge Soleimani no one can expect Tehran to expend a lot of capital to protect them from the Americans.â€
A former military official who now works in the Middle East added, “President Trump’s decision to put American contractors and military personnel first was a reversal from the Obama administration’s position and is going to save more American lives than people realize.
“He has put our nation first. We’re respected and we’ll be safer because of it – it’s already working, terrorists are hearing the message loud and clear,” the source noted further.

Asymmetric warfare is very difficult to defend against. These dirtbags lay low, and pop up with a vest and switch.
I’d deport all the heathens Islamobama granted citizenship to, asap! Even Jimmy Carter (peanut brain) had the balls to kick the iranians out.
Asymmetric warfare falls off considerably when the strategists and financiers are aware that they will be made to pay the price for their culpability.
Review Reagan vs Gaddafi for historical perspective.
Rats always flee. Look like we need rat traps instead of bombs.
Desired effect indeed, Best President ever!!!
“Peace through strength” is Trump’s motto, it is working and I applaud him for this.
Thank you President Trump
