(TNS) President Donald Trump on Friday did the right thing — again — and issued pardons for two U.S. Army officers who had been wrongly convicted of murder, while restoring the lost rank of a Navy SEAL who was not convicted on similar charges.

Lorance was already serving his time at Fort Leavenworth, KS., when he received the call.

Naturally, the Garbage Party’s propaganda media complained, beginning with a usual suspect, The New York Times.
In clearing three US service members convicted or accused of war crimes, @realDonaldTrump signals he "intends to use his power as the ultimate arbiter of military justice in ways unlike any other president in modern times," is how the @nytimes puts it. https://t.co/isofT1jXJt

The commander-in-chief, who, of course, had been briefed on all the evidence, said of his actions that “when our soldiers have to fight for our country, I want to give them the confidence to fight.”
Absolutely right.
For those of us who have actually worn the uniform and seen combat, we know how utterly rare it is for American service members to operate outside the rule of law and rules of war. That’s because American personnel are very well-trained and well-educated in such matters.
The Left-wing hacks won’t acknowledge that truth are the ones who are doing a disservice to our military, the men and women who serve in it, and ultimately the country.

With Judicial Tyranny afoot, I suspect there will be more well-deserved pardons — Roger Stone comes to mind.
