WTF did Mick Mulvany just say, and did he sink President Trump’s shot at remaining in office? (Audio)

(TNS) We used to have a lot of respect for acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney, but after this dumbass said Thursday that, essentially, yeah, the president quid pro quo’ed the Ukrainians, there are plenty of us here who would love to find him alone in a back alley.

Breathless “smoking gun!!” reporting by the dogshit media aside, Mulvaney sure seemed to admit that the president withheld, at least temporarily, $400 million in military aid to Ukraine while he sought assistance with a corruption probe into what role that country played in attempting to hijack his 2016 presidency.

A top White House official said on Thursday that President Donald Trump had withheld nearly $400 million in military aid to Ukraine in order to pressure the country to open an investigation that he thought would politically benefit himself, worrying some Republicans in Congress in the middle of an impeachment inquiry.

Mick Mulvaney, the acting White House chief of staff, told reporters that the Trump administration “held up the money” for Ukraine because the President wanted to investigate “corruption” in Ukraine related to a conspiracy theory involving the whereabouts of the Democratic National Committee’s computer server hacked by Russians during the last presidential campaign. When pressed on whether the President sought an exchange of favors, Mulvaney said, “We do that all the time with foreign policy.”

Some Republicans were deeply concerned by Mulvaney’s comments.

“You don’t hold up foreign aid that we had previously appropriated for a political initiative,” said GOP Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska. “Period.”

Republican Rep. Francis Rooney of Florida called Mulvaney’s acknowledgment about withholding Ukraine aid “troubling,” saying it is “not a good thing” to do that in connection “with threatening foreign leaders.”

Rooney would not rule out the prospects of supporting impeaching the President.

There are other reports, but this is the gist of it. And it might have been all the RINOs needed to put on their big, fat, pink pussy hats and jump onto the impeachment bandwagon because…they’re pussies (and establishment pieces of shit).

Let’s get a couple of things straight, though, that CNN knows but won’t fucking report because they have no journalistic integrity.

— Democrat and Bitch Hillary involvement in Ukraine during the 2016 presidential election cycle to get ‘dirt’ on Trump and anyone associated with his campaign isn’t a “conspiracy theory.” POLITICO reported in January 2017 that the Hillary campaign and the DNC specifically sought Ukrainian help to undermine Trump, but the effort “backfired” because he won and Ukraine suddenly found itself in the uncomfortable position of having to kiss Trump’s ass to be forgiven:

Ukrainian government officials tried to help Hillary Clinton and undermine Trump by publicly questioning his fitness for office. They also disseminated documents implicating a top Trump aide in corruption and suggested they were investigating the matter, only to back away after the election. And they helped Clinton’s allies research damaging information on Trump and his advisers, a Politico investigation found.

A Ukrainian-American operative who was consulting for the Democratic National Committee met with top officials in the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington in an effort to expose ties between Trump, top campaign aide Paul Manafort and Russia, according to people with direct knowledge of the situation.

The Ukrainian efforts had an impact in the race, helping to force Manafort’s resignation and advancing the narrative that Trump’s campaign was deeply connected to Ukraine’s foe to the east, Russia. But they were far less concerted or centrally directed than Russia’s alleged hacking and dissemination of Democratic emails.

The Hill’s John Solomon added more details in March. Ukraine’s top prosecutor, Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko, said it seems as though his country’s law enforcement institution purposefully leaked Manafort financial records so as to sway the election in favor of Bitch Hillary:

The leak of the so-called black ledger files to U.S. media prompted Manafort’s resignation from the Trump campaign and gave rise to one of the key allegations in the Russia collusion probe that has dogged Trump for the last two and a half years.

Ukraine Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko’s probe was prompted by a Ukrainian parliamentarian’s release of a tape recording purporting to quote a top law enforcement official as saying his agency leaked the Manafort financial records to help Clinton’s campaign.

Solomon also secured a court ruling noting the leak amounted to “an illegal intrusion into the American election campaign,” Lutsenko told Solomon.

The prosecutor added that the tape recording is an allegation serious enough to warrant an investigation. He said one of his main issues is that the Ukrainian law enforcement agency involved was in frequent contact with the U.S. Embassy in Kiev at the time — during Obama’s administration.

— Let’s put Trump’s request in proper context. The president has complained regularly that the United States was helping Ukraine in its civil war against Russian-backed separatists but no one else in Europe was helping — and Ukraine is a European country.

Trump has always bitched about NATO countries not spending their agreed-upon 2 percent of GDP on their military, but the U.S. does and in doing so picks up most of the security costs and physical on-the-ground deterrence.

Also, even douchebag Democrats have admitted that corruption was rife in Ukraine (remember that Joe and Hunter Biden were part of it); Trump wanted to make sure U.S. tax dollars to Ukraine were not going to be pilfered or misapplied.

And by the fucking way, didn’t Joe Biden as Obama’s VP and point man threaten to withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees to Ukraine if the government didn’t fire a prosecutor who was investigating a corrupt energy company that employed his son?

So yeah, Mulvaney’s right: This shit is done all the time. But at a point where the Garbage Party is chomping at the bit to impeach the president for nothing, did this dumbass just give them (and too many RINOs) the political cover they need for their bullshit narrative?

Talk show giant, author, and constitutional expert Mark Levin has a different take and frankly, we hope he’s right.

Relax! It’s another nothing burger!

Mulvaney was quite clear as to Pres. Trump’s mens rea on giving aid to Ukraine: Corruption in Ukraine, the lack of European support for the country and their help with the Barr/Durham investigation.

A quid pro quo is not inherently improper. In this case, it is consistent with the treaty, and Trump has the legal power to do so as chief executive and chief justice officer. Trump receives no money for it.

Just more nonsense….Mulvaney is telling the press to get over the common sense quidproquo between nations and that they are different than the quid pro quo corruption which pays one party to do something ILLEGAL for them.
