(NationalSentinel) The Bill of Rights contains the first 10 amendments to the U.S. Constitution and despite the fact that Garbage Party Leftists have completely infiltrated and nearly destroyed public education, they are pretty easy to read and understand.
That includes the Fourth Amendment, of course, which reads: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

See? Simple. The government can’t spy on us, they can’t just come in and just take our shit, and they can’t make up reasons to force their way into our homes.
Enter the Electronic Age, which, according to some government sycophants, has supposedly changed all of that. But it hasn’t.
The Constitution is the Constitution is the Constitution; it was written by men who had experienced the same kind of authoritarianism and tyranny that humans experience today — because tyranny is tyranny is tyranny.
So although spies and terrorists use electronic media and platforms to plot and carry out their acts of treachery and violence, that doesn’t give our spy agencies the right to simply vacuum up all of our personal information and comb through it because, again, the Fourth Amendment in the Constitution says government can’t do that shit.
And yet…government does that shit.
As The Wall Street Journal reported, the FISA court ruled last year that the FBI was illegally doing that shit:
The intelligence community disclosed Tuesday that the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court last year found that the FBI’s pursuit of data about Americans ensnared in a warrantless internet-surveillance program intended to target foreign suspects may have violated the law authorizing the program, as well as the Constitution’s Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches.
The court concluded that the FBI had been improperly searching a database of raw intelligence for information on Americans—raising concerns about oversight of the program, which as a spy program operates in near total secrecy.
The court ruling identifies tens of thousands of improper searches of raw intelligence databases by the bureau in 2017 and 2018 that it deemed improper in part because they involved data related to tens of thousands of emails or telephone numbers—in one case, suggesting that the FBI was using the intelligence information to vet its personnel and cooperating sources. Federal law requires that the database only be searched by the FBI as part of seeking evidence of a crime or for foreign intelligence information.
Now look, our spy agencies have a hard job. They have to be right 100 percent of the time to protect us from foreign and domestic threats. The enemy, however, only has to get through once to be successful. Got it.
But there are rules and laws and constitutional amendments in place to protect Americans from an all-encompassing Big Brother government that far too many people working for the intelligence community seem to think is necessary for them to ‘do their jobs.’
It isn’t. Yet during the Obama administration when that criminal piece of shit James Comey was running the FBI, not only were ranking officials within the bureau busy setting up a coup attempt against our duly elected president, they were spying wholesale on Americans using a raw intel database that was never meant for that purpose.
Kinda like the NSA was doing during the Obama years, as we were informed by whistleblower Edward Snowden.
Some of us here at TNS have intel backgrounds. We understand how fucking hard it is to protect our country. And we know there are low-lifes in Congress and the political commentariat who are quick to blame attacks and disasters on “intelligence failures.”
But you know what? Protecting and defending the Constitution is a hell of a lot more important because without it, we don’t even have a republic anymore. We have just another bunch of douchebag dictator wannabes doing whatever shit they want to us and then giving us the finger if we don’t like it.
And another thing: Thanks to the WSJ for reporting this, but frankly, we’re sick and tired of being ‘informed’ about all this goddamned corruption. We want to see some guilty motherfuckers indicted and convicted — because unless/until that happens, this bullshit isn’t ever going to change.
