(National Sentinel)Â Exculpatory:Â Christine Blasey Ford, the first woman Democrats dredged up to accuse Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of unsubstantiated sexual assault, has also claimed that there were a number of witnesses to the incident 35-plus years ago.
One of them is a long-time friend, Leland Keyser, who is reportedly close to Ford. But in a statement released by her attorney on Saturday — under penalty of felonious perjury — Keyser had something completely different to say about the alleged incident.
“Simply put, Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford,â€Â attorney Howard Walsh III said.
The Western Journal noted further:
Ford claimed that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed and attempted to rape her at a party 36 years ago. That accusation put Kavanaugh’s confirmation vote on hold until the FBI can further investigate her claims.
Thus far, the only evidence that Ford has brought in the case is her own testimony. All of the individuals who she claimed attended the party with her and Kavanaugh deny any knowledge of the event taking place.
On Saturday, Walsh noted further that his client also does not have any information investigators for the Senate Judiciary Committee would find useful.
In a letter to the committee, he said, “Ms. Keyser asked that I communicate to the committee her willingness to cooperate fully with the FBI’s supplemental investigation of Dr. Christine Ford’s allegation against Judge Brett Kavanaugh.â€
He also stipulated that “as my client as already made clear, she does not know Judge Kavanaugh and has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford.â€
And while Keyser does believe something happened to her friend, it’s clear that this statement exonerates Kavanaugh – or should — along with other alleged ‘witnesses’ who cannot corroborate Ford’s claims.
“Notably Mr. Keyser does not refute Dr. Ford’s account, and she has already told the press that she believes Dr. Ford’s account,†Walsh said.
That belief did not prevent Keyser from noting that “the simple and unchangeable truth is that she is unable to corroborate it because she has no recollection of the incident in question.â€

Not only is a close friend of Ford’s denying her allegations, Fox News‘ Shannon Bream is reporting that the Senate Judiciary Committee has made a criminal referral to the Justice Department for a Rhode Island man who is recanting allegations he made that Kavanaugh
sexually assaulted a woman on his boat in 1985.

Republicans need to grow a spine and confirm this good man to the Supreme Court. They need to do it in order to prove to others who will be nominated by POTUS Trump in the future that as long as the GOP is in charge, all nominees will get fair and equitable treatment, regardless of the depth of Democrat depravity.
