(National Sentinel)Â Circus: Former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova said Tuesday evening that Christine Blasey Ford, the woman who has accused Judge Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her 36 years ago, will never testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Why? Because she’s a “loon,” just like her lawyer, and she’ll be made to look like that if she dares to try to make her ‘case’ before GOP senators who are already skeptical of her late-in-the-game story.
In an interview with Fox News‘ Tucker Carlson, diGenova said the demand by Ford’s Left-wing activist attorneys, Debra Katz and Lisa Banks, commented on a letter sent by them to the chairman of the committee, Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, requesting an FBI investigation of the allegations before their client would testify before the committee.
The letter, obtained by CNN (of course), called for “an FBI investigation of the incident should be the first step in addressing her allegations.â€
DiGenova said that is as crazy as their client appears to be.
“This is utter nonsense. This is another delaying tactic,” he said, noting that the allegations just happened to surface, compliments of Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., after Democrats turned Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearings into a circus and failed to secure enough votes to prevent him from being confirmed by the entire Senate.
“She really doesn’t want to testify because when she does she’s going to look like the loon that she is. She may very well believe everything that she’s saying and that is one of the signs of lunacy, believing something that isn’t real. But her lawyer is even loonier,” diGenova said.
“The FBI is not going to investigate a non-federal matter of an alleged assault that is unconfirmed by even the witness herself. She’s not sure when it happened, where it happened, who else was present. She never reported it to anybody,” he added.
In fact, the FBI has already declined to get involved.
DiGenova is right; this is just another BS delaying tactic meant to prevent a bona fide constitutional originalist from being seated on the Supreme Court — which is precisely where he should be, so he can protect the republic from lawless authoritarian Democrats.
