(National Sentinel) Turnabout: One of the far Left’s favorite harassment tactics in the social media era is to “dox” their political opponents — that is, put all their “documented” information like business addresses, phone numbers, and places of resident online so they can be constantly targeted.
One of the most harrowing examples in recent months was the doxxing of Ajit Pai, chairman of the Federal Communications Commission who led the effort to overturn the Obama-era “Net Neutrality” rule which was really just Obama’s way of allowing the government to seize control over the Internet (and censor ever more conservatives than Facebook and Twitter combined).
The harassment was so bad that Pai reported his children were being targeted by thugs and domestic terrorists.
“I understand that people are passionate about policy, but the one thing in America that should remain sacred is that families, wives, and kids, should remain out of it. And stop harassing us at our homes,” Pai told Fox News in November.
He’s far from the only conservative and Trump supporter who’s been “doxed” by Antifa and other fascist Nazis.
Even CNN got in on the doxxing, “exposing” a Trump supporter who unwittingly promoted a Russia-sponsored Facebook event.
But after the Berkeley Police Department posted the identities of Antifa criminals online, now they and their far-Left hack lawyers are whining about being “doxxed.”Â
The Blaze reported:
The Berkeley Police Department in California posted the identities of arrested Antifa protesters on its Twitter after a Sunday “alt-right†rally, leading to accusations that the department is siding with far-right activists and targeting the left, according to the Guardian.
After approximately 20 people were arrested at a “No to Marxism in Berkeley†rally, most of them Antifa counter-protesters, the department publicized their names, photographs and cities of residence on social media.
We all know how the Antifa commies love to dress up in masks and hoods to hide their identities — like cowards.
“It really seemed to us like the Berkeley Police Department was there to … target the anti-fascist protesters,†said Jay Kim, executive director of the Berkeley chapter of the National Lawyers Guild.
“It’s clear that the cops have chosen sides and that they think of the left as their enemies,†said Sam Menefee-Libey, a Washington D.C. activist, to the Guardian. “The cops are doing something that Nazis do all the time, which is dox people.â€
So in other words, these Left-wing lunatics would rather Berkeley PD behave like UC-Berkeley PD and stand down in the face of rioting and terrorism like when Milo Yiannopoulos tried to speak as well as other conservatives like Ann Coulter.
Because anarchy is always preferable to a civil society, right?
Berkeley PD stood by their actions — which, by the way, were in response to actions first taken by Antifa thugs.
“People are coming from out of town and bringing weapons and are committed to violence … We don’t want people to be able to do that with anonymity,†spokesman Byron White said.
