(National Sentinel)Â Insanity: Didn’t the Democratic Party not too long ago claim to be the ‘party of the little guy and gal,’ the party of the working man and woman, the party of labor unions?
Yes, that party did claim that. And some elected Democrats still do.
But the goofballs leading the party today are as contradictory on the issue as they are insane, but it’s further evidence that the #WalkAway movement will continue to grow.
On Friday the Labor Department released preliminary job and unemployment figures that were nothing short of historic.
While unemployment ticked up to about 4 percent, the total number of Americans currently working set a record.
The June jobs report noted that the economy had created an additional 215,000 jobs.
There are now more jobs than workers to fill them.
Black unemployment is at a historic low.
Hispanic unemployment last month hit a historic low.
CNS News reported:
“Our economic policy can be summed up in three very simple but beautiful but beautiful words,” President Donald Trump told a rally in Montana Thursday evening: “Jobs, jobs, jobs,” he said.
On Friday, the Labor Department’s Bureau of Labor Statistics said the economy added 213,000 jobs in June, a strong number; the number of employed Americans, 155,576,000, set its tenth record of the Trump presidency; but the number of unemployed Americans (which includes people who are actively looking for jobs) increased by almost half-a-million. The unemployment rate increased two tenths of a point to 4.0 percent.
Talk radio giant Rush Limbaugh put it all in context during his Friday broadcast:
We have economic news that’s just out the wazoo here, folks. Let me give you a summary of this economic news. And it’s gonna be ignored in the way I am presenting it to you. You may get raw data, raw numbers here, a number of people working, a number of new claims of unemployment, number of new jobs, this kind of thing.
Since Election Day, the American economy has added 3.7 million jobs. That’s a year and a half, folks. Since Election Day 2016 — well, it’s coming up on two years since the election. Maybe 1.75 years, the American economy has added 3.7 million jobs, 601,000 more Americans have entered the labor force, a total of 155,576,000 Americans are working. It is a record high. The jobs report for June has beaten forecasts, added 213,000 jobs. There is no doubt, it is crystal clear that Trump economics works and is sustaining.
Who doesn’t agree?
The loonies leading the Democratic Party.
After today’s jobs report they are calling Trump’s economy “reckless” and bad for the American worker, as the Washington Examiner notes:
After the U.S. Department of Labor released the latest jobs and unemployment numbers, DNC Chair and former Labor Secretary Tom Perez released the following statement:
“With slow wage growth, rising health care premiums, and skyrocketing gas prices across the country, Donald Trump’s reckless policies are hurting millions of hardworking families. Trump and Republicans in Congress have been so determined to undermine workers that they held a Supreme Court seat hostage for nearly a year in order to nominate an aggressively anti-union justice, who became the deciding vote in last week’s disgraceful decision in the Janus case.
“Trump and Republicans in Congress are trying to build a winner-take-all economy that enriches their wealthy friends and saddles working families with the bill. Democrats want to create good-paying jobs and build an economy that works for everyone. And we will continue to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with workers and with our brothers and sisters in the labor movement as they fight for the wages, benefits, and livelihood they deserve.â€
Nancy Pelosi tweeted:
The June #JobsReport shows what is at stake from the brewing storm of rising health costs, spiraling trade uncertainty & an economy being hollowed out to enrich big corporations & the wealthiest 1 percent. Americans deserve better than the GOP’s raw deal. https://t.co/WAVwdHh6BN

These people are out of touch with the majority of Americans and so outta their minds. To call Trump’s economy anything but a success is mindboggling.
