(National Sentinel) Standing Up: President Obama’s first year in office was spent flying around  ‘apologizing’ for his own country as if America — the country that defends two-thirds of the planet from tyranny — was “the problem” in the world.

After that, he spent the rest of his presidency portraying America as neither special nor worthy of accolades as he worked to weaken our country while strengthening our enemies and our friends at the expense of our people.

If anyone truly was an enemy of the state, it was Barack Hussein Obama.

All that has changed now.

President Donald Trump is clearly the most pro-America president we’ve had in generations. “Make America Great Again” was his campaign slogan, but it was more than just a catchphrase. After taking office POTUS Trump has enacted policies that truly do put Americans — and America — first.

At the recently-concluded G7 meeting in Canada, Trump was besieged by “allies” who are upset that they finally have a U.S. president to deal with who won’t allow his people or his country to be taken advantage of anymore.

Trump wants better trade deals for our country — deals that enrich our partners as well but not at the expense of Americans and American companies.

In short, he wants a level playing field, and he knows we don’t have that right now. What past administrations have signed onto are globalist trade deals that sap American wealth while enriching allies who then put up barriers to American companies and businesses.

In the case of Europe, we have trade and military imbalances that are costly for Americans to maintain.

All Trump wants is a better deal for Americans, yet he’s being hammered by the globalists who like the status quo and don’t want to see anything changed.

POTUS Trump, however, isn’t going to be denied. In a tweet storm from Singapore, the president laid it all on the table, while ostracizing ‘allies’ who’ve been given a free ride thus far:

Fair Trade is now to be called Fool Trade if it is not Reciprocal. According to a Canada release, they make almost 100 Billion Dollars in Trade with U.S. (guess they were bragging and got caught!). Minimum is 17B. Tax Dairy from us at 270%. Then Justin acts hurt when called out!

Why should I, as President of the United States, allow countries to continue to make Massive Trade Surpluses, as they have for decades, while our Farmers, Workers & Taxpayers have such a big and unfair price to pay? Not fair to the PEOPLE of America! $800 Billion Trade Deficit…

….And add to that the fact that the U.S. pays close to the entire cost of NATO-protecting many of these same countries that rip us off on Trade (they pay only a fraction of the cost-and laugh!). The European Union had a $151 Billion Surplus-should pay much more for Military!

….Germany pays 1% (slowly) of GDP towards NATO, while we pay 4% of a MUCH larger GDP. Does anybody believe that makes sense? We protect Europe (which is good) at great financial loss, and then get unfairly clobbered on Trade. Change is coming!
