(National Sentinel) Media: Not that the president’s supporters needed an actual scientific study to know instinctively that the Washington establishment media has Trump Derangement Syndrome badly, but it never hurts when you’re trying to make the case to skeptics.

A new study - and from Harvard University, no less, certainly no bastion of love for President Donald J. Trump - noted that there is major bias against this administration in the media, Heat Street is reporting:

Academics at the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy analyzed coverage from Trump’s first 100 days in office across 10 major TV and print outlets.

They found that the tone of some outlets was negative in as many as 98% of reports, significantly more hostile than the first 100 days of the three previous administrations.

Here’s a chart to illustrate the findings:

As you can see only Fox News of the seven U.S. and European outlets examined for the study gave Trump something even close to positive coverage. And even Fox was 52 percent negative.

In addition, the study also broke down the [largely negative] coverage over issues:

As Trump supporters know, the president and his administration have repeatedly lashed out at the media, claiming irrational and unprecedented bias.

Studies show the president is right.
